The ADP Mobile Solutions application offers a streamlined and accessible way to manage essential HR functions, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and other relevant information for employees and team members.

Please note that not all features listed below may be available to every user. For questions regarding feature availability, refer to the FAQs section located within the Settings menu of the app.

This application is accessible to employees and managers affiliated with companies utilizing the following ADP services: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select international products (please consult your employer for specific options).

Key Employee Features:

• Access and review pay statements and W-2s
• View and request time off
• Monitor time and attendance:
  • Punch in/out
  • Create and manage timesheets
  • Edit, update, and approve time cards
• View benefit plan details
• Communicate with colleagues
• Access offers for ADP and third-party products and services

Key Manager Features:

• Approve employee time cards
• Authorize time-off requests
• Review team calendars
• Access executive dashboards for oversight

Security Measures:

• All transactions are processed through ADP’s secure servers
• Network communication between the device and servers is encrypted
• Any employee data stored locally on devices is encrypted
• User authentication is protected by username and password credentials
• Sessions automatically expire after periods of inactivity
• Multiple failed login attempts may result in account lockout
• Biometric authentication offers a quick and secure login option
• User IDs and passwords can be reset or recovered as needed

Supported Operating Systems:

The application is compatible with Android OS version 10 or higher.

Investment options are available through respective entities for each retirement product. Investment services in “ADP Direct Products” are offered via ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), a FINRA member, which is an affiliate of ADP Inc., located at One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068. Certain investment options may be administered directly by ADP.
